Condolence: On the first anniversary of Carol's passing, we want you to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We hope that the memories of the past give you encouragement for the future as you walk each day with your loved one in your heart. It is our privilege and honor to serve your family.
Condolence: Your mom was wonderful. She was so accepting and kind to me and my kids. I knew her in Springfield and visited once in Maine. In Springfield my kids were (mostly) well behaved at her house and I know it was because she accepted them without judgement. Kids know when it is OK and they knew they were OK in her house.
I loved the way she gardened, she inspired me to make beautiful flower beds and to grow vegetables and to always try new things in the garden.
I hope you "kids" have happy and wonderful memories of a life well lived, of a mom who just kept going, regardless.
Condolence: Priscilla,
Though I believe I never got to meet your mom, I have cherished being a "part of your family" through your stories. Your sibs, the photos on walls, and above all your parents are VERY dear to me - as of course are you. Thanks for sharing that long ago Occupational Therapy playroom with me that allowed us to wile away some time and become fast friends. Thanks again for sharing these wonderful folks of yours with so many of us. I know losing a mom - mine 30 years ago this summer and I'm the age at which she left the world. How lucky to have have had your mom all these years and to bring her to Lawrence. I celebrate her life and hold her in the light in her next journey.
