His latest project was his home in Appleton.

David is predeceased by his parents, Eileen Stewart and David Reckards, Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Penny Hastings Reckards of Appleton, daughters, Aimee Lash of Friendship, Angela Lash of Thomaston, Valisha Manning and husband Cody of Texas, son David A.
