He was predeceased by his parents, and sisters, Linda Carey and Lynette Field.

He is survived by his wife Winifred “Jeannie” Breton of Harpswell, daughter, Ashly Breton and companion James Allen, Sr. of Harpswell, son Chad Breton and companion Nina Danish of Wiscasset, daughter, Marie Beckim of Harpswell, sisters, Patricia Gardner and companion Earl Leigh, Sr. of Washington, Gloria Markham and companion Gilbert Larochelle of West Gardiner, brother Dennis Breton and wife Joan of Springvale, grandchildren Shantel, Julian, Zachary, Shakira, Martell, Brayden, Sarah and Savannah, special niece Shelly Wilson of Harpswell, nephews Jason Field of Harpswell and Dana Field of Wiscasset, special “best” friends Ledo of Brunswick and Troy of Phippsburg, and faithful dog Tobey.
