Melodie Barnett- Kinsley, 37, passed away Tuesday, March 27th, 2018 at her home in Nobleboro,ME. Melodie was born March 5, 1981 in Dayton, Ohio. She is survived by her mother Wava Turner of Vandalia, Ohio, Her father and stepmother Anthony (Sheila) Barnett of Merritt Island, Florida, 2 daughters Bailee Barnett and Cheyanne Knisley. Her brother Chad ( Jara) Barnett, stepsister Michelle (Mike) Guay , Grandparents Lowell & Kathryn Schereyer . She is also survived by her fiance’ Terry Stafford of Nobleboro, ME. Along with several nieces, nephews and friends including her beloved furry friend “Snickers”.

Melodie was pre-deceased by her husband Michael Knisley, her brother Brandon Barnett, maternal “papaw” James Watkins and paternal grandparents Elmo and Icel “Bea” Barnett.

Melodie enjoyed being silly with her girls, boating with Terry and Snickers, talking on the phone with her mom and spending time with her family.

The family will be honoring Melodies life in Ohio at a later date.
