Obituary for Gael Miriam Johnson

Gael Miriam  Johnson
Gael Miriam Johnson passed away August 28, 2016. She was born January 7, 1951 in Everett, Massachusetts to William J. Galvin and Frances L. Gillen.

Gael grew up in Revere and graduated from Immaculate Conception High School in Revere. She lived in West Gloucester, MA, Dixmont, ME and most recently in Waldoboro. She married Ronald E. Johnson on January 23, 1971 in Exeter, NH. After high school she worked as a switchboard operator. She then became a professional homemaker full time.

She love spending time with her children and family at the family cottage at Winnipesaukee.

Gael is predeceased by her parents, her son, Ronnie Johnson, sisters Michelle Pawlak and Joanne D’Orlando.

Gael is survived by her husband, Ronald Johnson of Waldoboro, daughter Gael Johnson (Daryl) of Middleboro, MA, granddaughter Sarah Johnson of Middleboro, MA, sister Margaret “Bubby” Joy (George) of So. Weymouth, MA, numerous nieces, nephews and friends

A gathering of family and friends will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Dixmont Corner Cemetery, off State Route 9, Dixmont, Maine, with a reception to follow at Brooks Bible Church, 30 Jewell Street, Brooks, ME.
