Donna L. Lewis, 69, of Boothbay Harbor, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends on June 12, 2019.

Donna was born in Damariscotta on May 2, 1950 daughter of Dana F. Davis and Mary Lorraine (Casey) Davis. Donna graduated from Boothbay Region High School. She married Gary E. Lewis on June 13, 1970.
Donna loved spending time with family, friends, and especially her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents, Dana and Mary Davis.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gary Lewis of Boothbay Harbor
Daughters, Michelle Farnham and her husband Gary of Boothbay Harbor
Danelle Davis and her husband Benjamin of Boothbay
Sister, Sharon Grant and her husband Richard of Boothbay Harbor
Grandchildren, Kirstie and Kaylee Farnham of Boothbay Harbor
Skyler and Braden Davis of Boothbay
Great grandson, Isaac Perry
Many nieces and nephews

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on June 19th at the Charles E. Sherman American Legion Post, 25 Industrial Park Road, Boothbay with Al Roberts officiating. A reception will follow the service. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Boothbay.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Donna’s memory to Midcoast Humane, 190 Pleasant Street, Brunswick, ME 04011 or the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital, 22 Bramhall Street, Portland, ME 04102.
