Dear Selina and Richard, I was sorry to learn that your mother has died. As a food pantry board member, I have known Frances for about 18 years. I always enjoyed talking with her, both at the pantry and elsewhere. She would have a wry and funny comment about our national political situation and would have interesting comments on a wide variety of other topics. Her letters to the editor of the Register were terrific! She will be missed by many, me included. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Doreen Dun East Boothbay
