Obituary for Louise Lufkin

Louise Lufkin, 76, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2020 at Bella Point in Camden. She was born on August 20, 1943 the daughter of the late Clifton and Ella Simmons Meservey. Louise grew up in Waldoboro and then later moved to Warren.

The greatest joy of her life was being with her daughter Amy and son-in-law Robert. She cherished her time with her granddaughters Elizabeth and Amanda.

Louise was a people person and was always quick with a joke, a smart response, or a hug. She cared about everyone and was always willing to lend a hand when she could. Louise enjoyed working with plastic canvas and was in the middle of making a Minnie Mouse tissue box when she passed. She loved gardening, puzzles, and most of all playing Bingo down at the Odd Fellows Hall in Warren. She was a long time member of both the Rebekas and LEA

In addition to her daughter Amy and her family, she is survived by husband Ronnie Lufkin, brothers Bill and Bud Meservey, and many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions a service will be held at a later date and time.
