Obituary for Eleanor Marie Merry (Dennison)
Eleanor Marie Merry passed away at her home on September 20, 2022. Eleanor was born in South Thomaston on June 11, 1955, the daughter of Raymond Dennison and Christine Prentis Dennison.
Eleanor attended local schools and graduated from Rockland High School. She worked as a Certified Nurses Aid at Windward Gardens and Rockland Convalescent Center. Eleanor enjoyed playing Bingo.
Eleanor was predeceased by her mother Christine Dennison and her father Raymond Dennison, her three brothers Raymond (Ticket) Dennison, Bruce Dennison and Frank Dennison and a son, Frank Hunt.
She is survived by her husband Charles Merry, sisters Arline Dennison, Cynthia Boucha, Elizabeth Dennison and Laurie Waters, her brothers Laurence Dennison, David Dennison and Alvin Dennison, two daughters Christine Flowers and Cathy Hunt, several grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family will honor Eleanor privately.
