Obituary for William C. Burnham

William C. Burnham of Boothbay unexpectedly passed away at his residence on January 4, 2023. William was born on August 10, 1978 to Carlton and Hope (Morgan) Burnham.

William grew up on Barters Island in Boothbay. He attended local schools and was a 1997 graduate of Boothbay Region High School.

William was a maintenance worker for Lafayette Management and also did lawn maintenance throughout the Boothbay region. He was also a clam digger.

William loved the outdoors. He loved fishing rather it be open water or ice fishing. He loved being at camp. He also enjoyed watching movies. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved being around his children and grandchildren and playing with them on the floor building Lego sets. William was a softy and would help anyone that needed it.

William was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Tammy Burnham of Boothbay, their children Charles Burnham of Boothbay, Christopher Campbell of Washington and Colin Campbell of Boothbay, grandchildren Elliot, Ivy and Sonya of Boothbay, sister Cindy Steane of Boothbay Harbor, nephew Morgan Steane and his loyal companion Sweet Pea along with many cousins and friends.
