William Paul Miller, 71, of Waldoboro passed away on March 6, 2017 at Miles Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was the loving husband of Rosemary (Stachco) Miller with whom he shared forty-eight years of marriage.

Bill was born on June 19, 1945 in Newport, Rhode Island and was the son of the late Edwin J. and Mary E (Tomasch) Miller. He was a graduate of New York Mills High School and attended Utica College.

Bill was currently employed as a principal software support analyst for Ellucian in Malvern, Pennsylvania for 27 years and previously worked for the University of New Hampshire. Bill was an herbalist and liked collecting crystals and precious stones.

He is survived by his daughter, Michelle T. Basilotto of Las Vegas, Nevada and his son, William J. Miller of Chester Springs, Pennsylvania; one grandson, Joshua W. Miller of Mickleton, New Jersey and his nephew John Jasek of Waldoboro.

At the family’s request there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Bill's memory to the Waldoboro Food Pantry, P.O. Box 692, Waldoboro, Maine 04572.
